Daria Blimel
Statutory Auditor Candidate, Partner
MA in economics. She graduated from University of Economics in Poznan (IT and econometrics), postgraduate studies at the School of Banking in Poznan (business accounting) and a number of courses in accounting and human resources organized by the Association of Accountants in Poland. Currently she is qualifying as a certified auditor. She has several years of experience working in accounting and optimization of business processes in insurance and financial sectors. She held executive positions including among others the PZU group.
Krzysztof Blimel
statutory auditor, Partner
MA in economics. He graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan (business finance and accounting) and the School of Banking in Poznan (IT and econometrics). He has an accounting certificate issued by the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance. Currently he is qualifying as a certified auditor. He has several years of experience working in the field of accounting, organising accounting processes and implementation of accounting computer systems. He gained experience working for companies such as Siemens, MAN and DGA.
Mieszko Łukaszewicz, PhD in Law
Licensed Tax Adviser, lawyer, partner
He prepares transfer pricing documentation, provides ongoing tax advice, and prepares tax rulings, complaints, and cassation appeals to administrative courts. He also conducts tax audits and implements procedures for applying R&D and IP Box tax relief to companies. He also conducts training for professionals, including accounting department employees and accounting firms, on transfer pricing, withholding tax, VAT, and current changes in tax law
Tomasz Cudnoch

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he is listed as a legal advisor by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań under the number Pz-2884. He has extensive professional experience providing legal services to businesses, including those with foreign capital. In his work, he combines experience with practical business knowledge, focusing on delivering specific and practical solutions that enable clients to achieve their goals.
